Shadwell Rafferty and Sherlock Holmes is a series of historical mystery novels by American author Larry Millett. The series puts Sherlock Holmes in 1890s Minnesota, where he is assisted by Shadwell Rafferty.
The Shadwell Rafferty/Sherlock Holmes series began in 1996 with the novel Sherlock Holmes and the Red Demon. The series is currently ongoing.
