“The Dirty Girls Book Club” is the first novel in the “Dirty Girls Book Club” series and was released in 2012. Every woman that has joined the book club had expected to expand their literary horizons. However when they quit reading the classics and begin exploring the steamier side of fiction, they find just how much fun reading can get.
Once the book club makes the first erotic selection of “The Sexual Education of Lady Emma Whitehead”, marketing executive Georgia Malone becomes surprised to find that she is identifying with its main character. Like Emma, she is a widow that never really experienced the joys that sex had to offer. However once she meets the spokesman for her latest campaign, her long-buried libido has become awakened.
Woody Hanrahan (a hockey star) is cocky and charming, and just the type of guy that Georgia would typically avoid. However as her mind tells her to stay away, her body is telling her to give in every single time Woody comes near her. Now while her book club explores the tantalizing extremes of fiction, Georgia is experiencing first hand, and for the very first time, the true pleasures of the flesh, and fulfilling the desires which, one chapter at a time, are getting delightfully dirty. Woody’s hers to command in one hundred deliciously wicked ways, however once it comes to writing a happy ending of her own, this dirty girl does not only need his body, she also wants his heart.
Readers found this to be sexy and fun story. It’s a very well written tale with incredibly thorough details and some very realistic characters in them and a situation that just could not have been more genuine. Here are real people problems and real people type responses to each given situation.
“Dare to Be Dirty” is the second novel in the “Dirty Girls Book Club” series and was released in 2013. The more that they read, the more that they learn. And the more that they learn, the more these women of the Dirty Girls Book Club want to experience it for themselves.
Kim Chang (a confirmed city girl) loves the book club’s foray into erotic fiction, however she is not sold on their recent pick of cowboy erotica. As an art student whose future lies back in Hong Kong, she has never thought of Stetsons and dusty chaps as sexy. However she is in for quite the surprise when the club takes a trip to the rodeo. It is physical and raw, and those masculine and strong guys atop the bucking broncs arouse in her some serious lust. By the end of the night, she finds herself going home with the most smoldering of cowboys in the entire bunch and having the hottest night of her entire life.
Ty Ronan comes from a very different world than Kim does, however their wild fling is far too good to stop. While Ty unleashes Kim’s inner dirty girl, she realizes that this rough-and-tumble man may be more than just a roll in the hay. This cowboy’s allure goes far deeper than she had imagined, however can these two opposites make their passionate ride last a whole lifetime?
With Kim’s art, you are able to see the depth with which she sees the world, her artistry is described that wonderfully. Ty is able to see the world’s beauty in a similar way, possibly his horse whisperer skills adding to his sensitivity.
“Bound to Be Dirty” is the third novel in the “Dirty Girls Book Club” series and was released in 2014. While the women in the Dirty Girls Book Club open every new selection of erotica, they also continue to open up their minds to sexual adventure.
Lily Nyland married Dax Xavier (a sexy bad boy) because he made all of her dreams come true, both in bed and out. However after an entire decade of being married to him, her helicopter bush pilot of a husband spends much more time in the remote wilderness than he does heating things up in their bedroom. The best sex that she has enjoyed has come from the Dirty Girls Book Club’s erotic selections.
Still, once the club picks “Bound by Desire”, she’s skeptical. Being a family practice doctor and a fiercely independent woman, this theme does not exactly resonate with her. However then Dax, home for a Christmas holiday, stuns her by spicing up their sex life with some naughty tricks which make her wonder if he went and snuck a peek at her book. Lily, even more shocking, finds herself getting turned on by their erotic experimentation. Kinky sex just might be enough to rekindle the passion in their marriage, however can it restore those deeper bonds of trust and love?
