Regina Walker is a bestselling author of Christian fiction and inspirational author. Now in her thirties, she is a wife and mother of seven children two of which are girls and five are boys.

Walker penned Ghost her debut novel in the year 2000 and has never looked back since becoming one of the most prolific authors in the genre. She now has more than twenty works to her name spread across several series and novellas.

She has always loved writing but she just could not find the time to do it given that she was raising kids and running a business with her husband.
The Walker family once owned a feed store and two towing businesses that kept them too busy. Since she no longer runs these businesses she decided to become an author.

When she is not writing her novels she can usually be found on the farm with her three dogs, 10 cats, eight chickens, and 2 horses.
The author currently makes her home in Oklahoma where she has lived for many years even though she was born and brought up in Colorado.

Growing up, Regina Walker was homeschooled from the third grade right until she graduated. During this time she used to love the Language Arts and excelled in writing small papers and essays.

She started writing when she was still a kid and in her teens, she wrote tens of poems in addition to playing a range of text-based games that involved a lot of story crafting and writing.

She loved to journal almost all the time whether she was elated, hurting, or overwhelmed. It seemed that she always turned to paper and pen regardless of what life sent her way.

In her early twenties, she became a new mother and was writing as an exploration of her motherhood experiences when she felt the Holy Spirit tugging at her heart.

She started blogging and this is where she honed the writing skills that she would later use as an author.

When it came to her first work, she published it in a few months but could never get satisfied that it was up to the quality that she desired. She ended up shelving it and it was not until several years later that she would get published.

Ten years before she became a published author Regina Walker was writing for Yahoo articles and was expected to produce at least three articles every week.
It was at this time that she was also writing a novel that she was finally confident of publishing. She finally published her debut novel We Go On in 2020 and has never stopped since.

While writing is something that is dear to her heart she writes about being a mother. This means that she has to homeschool, run a hobby farm and take care of kids and use any time left to write her novels.

Regina Walker gets much of her ideas, information, and inspiration for her novels from living, people watching, and prayer. The fact that she is very prayerful also means that she gets a lot of inspiration from her faith and Holy Spirit.

Regina Walker’s novel We Go On is the story of Elizabeth Miller who arrives home to find her son had hanged himself. Fortunately, she can reach the rope and cuts him down before dialing for help.

Her husband Josh rushes back home and finds Colby in bad shape but still alive. He does his best to try to console his wife but she blames herself for not being there when her son needed her most.

Her husband calls the pastor and other members of their family to pray together for God to save their son. They ultimately take him to the hospital but the doctors are unable to save him and he dies.

Following his death, Josh tries to comfort his teenage son Tyler and his wife but he is not getting through to them. Tyler Miller is a sixteen-year-old that had attended his brother’s funeral feeling like a ghost.

He too blamed himself for not being there when his brother took his life. He knows he needs to help his mother go back to living a normal life but it is a hard slog as she blames herself and God for not being three for Colby.
