Ray Crawley is the protagonist in a series of crime fiction novels by Australian novelist Peter Corris. Set in Sydney, Australia, Ray Crawley begins the series as the former director of the Federal Security Agency.
Peter Corris began his Ray Crawley series in 1985 with the novel Pokerface. The novel was based on scripts for the ABC television drama Pokerface, which were written by Peter Corris and Bill Gardner. The series lasted eight novels, concluding in 2000 with The Vietnam Volunteer.
