Lee Tobin McClain is a romance and inspirational fiction novelist who has become one of the most popular authors in her genre.

She grew up in Columbus, Ohio As a nerdy and happy kid who loved taking long walks with her sister and dachshund, checking out her stacks of library books, daydreaming, and eating ice cream any chance she got.
Unlike many novelists, Lee never once wanted to become a fiction author as she believed that was for important and exotic people and not Midwestern people like her.

As such, she went to college and studied literature as a graduate student and then became an English professor.

A year after the teaching job failed to pan out, she decided to try her handwriting romances and this was the moment she became a writer.

At some point, she got a job at Seton Hill University as a professor and it was while she was there that she started a program specializing in popular fiction.
It was the only graduate program of its kind that specialized in fantasy, mysteries, and young adult fiction.

In 2002, Lee and her husband went to China to adopt Grace their daughter which she believes was the best decision of her life. Grace her daughter would ultimately major in English in college and this has made her very happy.

In 2014, Lee was thrilled when she picked up her phone to learn that “Engaged to the Single Mom” had been accepted by the Love Inspired line of books by Harlequin.

In the same year, she began self-publishing a bunch of stories she had been penning for several years. Some of these would become the romantic suspense “Sacred Bond Guardians” series and the Christian romance “Sacred Bond” series.
In 2016, her lifelong dream came true when “His Secret Child” became a bestseller in “Publisher’s Weekly.”

In 2017, she had another personal milestone when Harlequin made her a new offer to pen more complex and longer contemporary romance fiction works.
Nowadays, she has become known for penning romance fiction works for Harlequin and Love Inspired with a few self-published.

For Lee Tobin McClain, the best thing about being an author is her readers. There is nothing she loves better than hearing from readers who tell her that they felt God’s presence in their lives or that their faith was strengthened by reading her novels.
It is at those times that she has always loved the feeling that her writing is making a difference. She is always humbled, honored, and amazed that God speaks to people through someone as flawed as her.

When she is not writing her novels, she can be found spending time with her cat and dog. She sometimes connects with her readers and fans through her website.

“His Baby Bond” by Lee Tobin McClain tells the interesting story of Zeke and Kendra.

The latter goes through life guided by belief and faith but when she loses her sister and has to take care of her stubborn niece, she pushes God away in anger.
However, she is determined to take care of Sara despite her struggles, even if it means giving up her own plans.

As for Zeke, he had pledged with some of his friends from childhood that he would ensure God’s work is accomplished in other people through him. But now an adult, he lost track of some elements of his pledge and pushed his family away.
Upon the death of his brother, he comes to the realization that he was never there for him. He now becomes determined to be there for Sarah so that he will fulfill the vow he made to God.

Kendra and Zeke try to do what is right for Sarah their niece but then fall for each other, resulting in pain and jealousy. Things get even more complicated when they realize that they may just lose custody of Sarah, even as dark secrets are revealed.
The author brings to light the trials of Christians as they deal with desire, anger, love, and loss of faith, even as Kendra and Zeke find their love for each other and their faith.

Lee Tobin McClain’s novel “The Bride’s Broken Bond” is an interesting work of fiction that tells the story of Hope and Rock.

At her wedding, Hope DeMille, a little rich girl discovers to her horror that her husband-to-be is in love with someone else.

However, her high society, domineering father will never let her get out of the wedding, since he has funded the whole thing using a lot of money.
Enter a former inner-city kid named Rock Anderson who has always loved Hope and has the privilege of having been a mentee of her father.

Rock is a handsome, masculine man of God who is also passionate, protective, romantic, humble, kind, and gentle young man who is also powerfully built.
He helps her escape and then finds her purpose in life by employing her in his urban mission organization.

However, her influential father soon comes looking for revenge and things take an interesting turn when one of the kids from the inner city goes missing.
Set in Pittsburgh, the novel comes with Christian themes, even as it showcases the gritty side of life, in addition to the beauty that comes from love and faith.

“Her Reunion Bond” by Lee Tobin McClain is the beautiful romance story of Daniele Masterson and Wendy Smith.

Ever since she lost the use of her leg and her unborn child, Wendy wants nothing to do with romance and is now all about the kids she teaches.

Daniel who is her boyfriend from high school has been making a lot of money in the entertainment industry. However, he is not enjoying life, as he finds it shallow ever since his wife died and left him to take care of his daughter all alone.
At some point, Daniel is encouraged by his friends to go back to Pittsburgh where he rents a house adjacent to Wendy’s and does a fundraising campaign for her school.

Spending time together, Daniel and Wendy’s attraction is reignited. However, Wendy never told him that she had recently lost a kid. Working together to parent their kids, and save the school, their love begins to blossom.
But Wendy has problems with her self-image caused by her disability and weight gain and she is incredulous when Daniel tells her she is very beautiful.

Will their romance survive when the secrets start coming out?
