Cindy Dees was raised in a horse farm located in Michigan. When she was 15, she dropped out of high school so as to join the University of Michigan where she got a B.A. in Russian as well as in East European Studies. Cindy Dees began flying planes while sitting on her father’s lap at the age of 3 and acquired a pilot’s license before acquiring a driver’s license.

After she got a degree in Russian as well as in East European studies, Cindy Dees joined the U.S. Air Force. Consequently, she became the youngest female pilot in the history of the U.S Air Force. She flew VIP airlift, supersonic jets, as well as the“C-5” Galaxy which is the largest airplane in the world. Besides, Cindy Dees also worked part-time collecting intelligence. In her military career, Cindy Dees got shot at, traveled to 40 countries in five continents, was a captive of the KGB as well as the East German secret police, flew in the 1st Gulf War, come across her husband and also accumulated a lifetime’s worth of combat stories.

Her pastimes include Japanese gardening, professional Middle Eastern dancing as well as medieval reenacting. Cindy Dees began writing on a 1-dollar bet with her mum and was delighted to win the bet after the publication of her 1st book in the year 2001.

This Hot Watch Series is among Cindy Dees’ top-selling books. Kinsey Hollingsworth’s tropical-escape plans did not include dodging gunfire or a motorboat pursuit with Mitch Perovskite, the towering and alluring spy who’d requisitioned her boat. Instead the socialite would do anything that Mitch demanded—be it going undercover or even below the covers. Mitch did not work with partners. And though Kinsey Hollingsworth proved that she was not just a pampered heiress, she could not match the killer targeting them.

Description of 2 Early Books:

The Dark Side of Night

The Dark Side of Night is the 1st book in the Hot Watch Series authored by Cindy Dees. A swift escape from reality in an exciting-ride of fast action and romance… although the book is very exciting to read, it requires total disconnection from reality. Kinsey
Hollingsworth is a spoilt rich girl hiding out after being exposed in the newspapers after splitting with her fiancé publicly. Her day is ruined by Mitch and a spray of bullets when she is relaxing on her father’s boat .they both try to battle their emotional turmoil of the passion as well as feelings that they have for one another while trying to escape from the bullets from their foe. Will they be able to fight the feelings that they have for each other and still manage to escape alive?

I did love reading this book, a new series with great characters. Although there is a sweltering scene or 2 and a great deal of imagining what the characters would do to each other, the story is generally excellent. There is plenty of action jumping off right from the start, by that I and I do not mean action of the naughty variety. Overall, the book has a great action story.

The book got a bit fantastical near the end and although I did enjoy reading. If you prefer a book that’s great for the holiday that has some fantasy as well as a rough bad guy who’s really a noble guy then this book is ideal for you.

There is a lot of suspense in this book as compared to the other books by the author. Moreover, the book has a romantic suspense line and the story feels very complete, not contrived or rushed. This is thrilling romance book that has a solid suspense plot.

Night Rescuer

The Night Rescuer is the 2nd book in the Hot Watch Series authored by Cindy Dees. The 1st paragraph is a catcher. The book begins with the hero preparing himself commit suicide. The book sounds like a book that most individuals would run away from. But for me, I wanted to tell what could be the reason why the man to wanted to murder himself. The best thing is that the author completely follows through.

If you are a Fan of military romance then you ought to read this book. If you’re a fan of Christine Meehan’s GhostWalkers books, craving for a lovely, but tortured military hero to fall in love with after the GhostWalkers, I suppose you will be very pleased with John Hollister.

We start with Major Hollister who is in charge of a top special operation s unit trying to hang himself in the back storeroom of the Pirate Pets delivery service that is a front for their secret little organization. Major Hollister is suffering from PTSD and he has finally reached the conclusion of his rope (pun intended) still reeling and also blaming himself for the demise of his team a year before. His remaining team has been unsuccessfully trying to re-engage him in life.

John Hollister’s personal execution is interrupted when a woman who requires a package to be delivered to Lima Peru. The woman is very beautiful and there’s something in her attractive eyes that is similar to John’s own tortured, distressed and vacant eyes. The package is Melina herself who’s exchanging herself to a drug dealer so as to get her family released by the dealer. It’s a very dangerous mission and john is well suited to take her to the execution. The first chapters are very good, leaving only enough unrequited questions in order to ensure that you keep on guessing what the characters are going to do as well as how they feel. Furthermore, the book is also very funny.

John together with Melina catch a flight to Peru, each one with his/her own secrets about the intention of the mission. They spend a few days in a hotel before starting to walk into the Peruvian mountains where the drug dealer stays. They both hop into bed very quickly each one wanting to feel something before the end. Melina is able to ease John’s pain while John gives her hope in love as well as a future. What she does not realize is that regardless of their connection, John does not intent to come from the mission alive.

In short, we have a man who believes that he doesn’t have any reason to live, helping a lady who intends to die while saving her dad, mum and brother who are perhaps already dead.
