The Art Of The Deal: The very first novel published by Donald Trump, which is written with Tony Schwartz. In this book, Trump talks about about how he approaches business deals and business in general.
One interesting part of the book is the opening where it covers a week in Trumps life at that time. Everything he has going on such as in New York and Atlantic City while attempting to balance his personal life.
There’s a lot of interesting insights such as the “Trump Rink” deal.
The Best Golf Advice I Ever Received: In this one, Trump has collected golf advice from various golfers and celebrities such as Michael Douglas and Vijay Singh They provide little nuggets of information that can help improve your golf game. There is over two hundred different quotes and pieces of wisdom within this book. It can be interesting seeing the different perspectives of some of the top golfers from that time. If you’re a golfer, at least one or two of these little nuggets should stick with you and help your golf game.
The Art of the Comeback: Written with Kate Bohner; in this one Trump talks about the Great Depression of 1990. While many real estate moguls crashed and burned due to the Great Depression, Donald Trump writes about his strategies to not jusr survive it, but profit from it. It’s intersting looking back at the Great Depression, and the perspective of a real estate mogul that was affected by it.
Think Like A Champion: In this book Donald Trump attempts to give you advice to Think Like A Champion. It’s essentially a collection of short and motivational essays. Such as the essay There Are Times When You Should Move On which covers the fact that sometimes there are failures in life or business, and you simply need to move on from them.
Crippled America: Written and published prior to the 2016 election, Crippled America is subtitled How To Make America Great Again. Donald Trump talks about how the politicans in Washington DC are responsible for the problems that are taking place in America, and how he would shake it up.
He outlines his vision, what he would do for the economy, health care, bringing jobs back to America and much more.
The Best Real Estate Advice I Ever Received: In this book similar to the golf one, Trump has collected advice from many people in business about real estate with lots of nuggets of information. If you are looking to get into real estate or are in that business, it is worth reading as at least some quotes will no doubt resonate with you.
