Order of C.J. Cherryh Books
C.J. Cherryh is an American author of science fiction and fantasy novels. She is the creator and author of the Alliance-Union universe (including the Chanur Saga), the Merovingen Nights series, Fortress/Tristen series and the Foreigner series. In her style of writing, the story is narrated in the third person, but the only things written about are through the eyes of the main character. She focuses on the themes of politics, militarism and outsiders trying to fit in in a new, different culture. Cherryh lives near Spokane, Washington with fellow sci-fi/fantasy author and artist Jane Fancher.
C.J. Cherryh made her debut as a published novelist in 1976 with the novels Gate of Ivrel and Brothers of Earth. Since that time, she has written over 60 novels and collections. She has won the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer in 1976, several Hugo Awards, a Locust Award and many other awards (including an asteroid named after her). Below is a list of C.J.
