Order of Anne Shirley Books
Anne Shirley is the protagonist in a series of novels by Canadian author L.M. Montgomery. Anne is an orphan from Nova Scotia who was sent to P.E.I. by mistake, which is where she ended up moving in with two siblings and considering it home. The character is easily identifiable for her trademark red hair. She is imaginative and quite talkative. The series has been adapted to several films, a television series and several other mediums.
The Anne Shirley character would make her debut in Anne of Green Gables, published in June of 1908. The character would appear in several of Montgomery’s works, including seven direct sequels up until 1921. Below is a list of L.M.
