She had these nightmares, and she could not quit thinking about the animals that lived there. There is an even larger forest bordering the one that got cleared. She likes thinking that they just scampered off to new homes.

Amberlee had loved the privacy and the cozy forest that was surrounding them. As heart wrenching as it was, she cannot stand moping. She found things to enjoy about their new view, including this unexpected view of Mt. Rainier and eagles diving down in the cleared area to hunt. She and her family worked to build the trees on her property by planting even more saplings at the property line.

One thing she did to help heal her spirit was write a story. And once it came, the story flowed together like it was waiting to happen. Kenzie is passionate about her causes, both helping raise money for cancer research and celebrate the great outdoors. She’s even got a MyHeartChannel helping her viewers connect with nature.

“The Country Gentleman” is the first novel in the “MyHeartChannel” series and was released in 2020. One gentleman lumberjack, one passionate crusader, can they possibly move past their grief and deception in order to find love?

Kenzie Vega puts her entire heart into everything that she does, from her love of the outdoors to fundraising for a cancer cure. Amberlee believed this plotline could use some twists and turns (along with a few bends and breaks) in order to make something totally new. She had a blast writing this story, and by the end she had this Happily Ever After for her two lead characters with a very sexy and broken potential love interest leftover.

“Accidentally Engaged for the Holidays” is the third novel in the “MyHeartChannel” series and was released in 2020. She is an ex-socialite and MyHeartChannel host that wants to get her life back. He is a shameless flirt and a philanthropist. Both have plans and neither one of them wants a relationship, however is the magic of Christmas in Victoria, Canada, make all of their secret wishes come true?
