However, even this is not to be as easy as they think. Santa has experienced the tricks before, so he first sends the Elf down the chimney before getting in to deliver Christmas presents. The Elf also knows some of the tricks and is able to escape unscathed enough times.

This story is told from the Elf’s point of view. The Elf clarifies that the only reason the children want to catch him is to prove that he and Santa are real. Do you think that the kids will manage to catch the Elf? What kinds of Traps do they lay for him? This is a cute book that will have you hooked right away. It is incredible how different it is from the Christmas books in the market. Hearing the story from the Elf is refreshing, not to mention the mischief the kids get involved in. It is evident that Wallace put a lot of effort into crafting this book, yet the author maintains the language at a level that kids in kindergarten will understand.
