A.J. Steiger grew up in the Chicago area. A.J. was born in Burbank, Illinois. She graduated from Columbia College in Chicago and her major was Fiction Writing. Her debut novel for young adults is Mindwalker with the second installment Mindstormer due out soon from Knopf Books.
A.J. likes craft beer, dogs and looks at the name “nerd” to be a badge of honor, she is thirty-one years old.
