Grace Callaway
USA Today and International Bestselling author Grace Callaway grew up in Canada. To avoid frost bite during the winter and the mosquitoes during the summertime, she spent a lot of time reading indoors. Her love of reading romance began early with “Jane Eyre” and “Anne of Green Gables”.
During her stint as a doctoral student at the University of Michigan, she spent far too much time browsing the romance section at the original Borders. She was somehow able to finish up her degree and practiced clinical psychology for many years.
She now writes full time and spends her days dreaming up these passionate adventures involving these feisty heroines and the powerful heroes that try to keep up with them.
A coffee and Zumba enthusiast, she lives in a valley by the ocean with her son, husband, and a rescue dog.
“The Duke Identity” won the Daphne du Maurier Award for Excellence in Mystery/Suspense. She has also won the Golden Leaf, the Maggie Award for Excellence in Historical Romance, and the Passionate Plume Award for Historical Novel. Grace’s books have also been shortlisted for numerous other honors, including the Booksellers’ Best Award, the National Reader’s Choice Award, and the National Excellence in Romance Fiction Award.
